Characteristics of the International Development of Australian Higher Education

Australia is in the forefront of internationalization higher education world, after years development, its strategic direction, policy guidance, institutional protection and other aspects have taken a series powerful measures, level also forefront, becoming one countries with degree world. By studying Australia, this paper analyzes characteristics experiences provides some suggestions for our country terms system guarantee, goals, level, personnel training marketization.
